As we were driving up through Ohio, our car hit empty in Kirtland. We weren't planning on stopping, but we ended up spending 3 hours at the Kirtland Temple, the NK Whitney store, and seeing a bronze exhibit and the visitors' center. On Sunday we visited the Hill Cummorah, the Sacred Grove, Joseph Smith's farm, the Grandin Building, and the Palmyra Temple.
